Start your season off stronger than you’ve ever been.

Whether you use ski-touring or running to keep your legs fit in the winter, now is the time to put some work into the strength and plyometric capacity of your legs to ensure you’re capable of all the outings you have planned for this spring and summer. This 12 week plan will take you through a tiered progression to improve your power and build a bulletproof, uphill capable lower body.

The program includes learning around the specific principles of strength and conditioning via youtube videos and has linked form videos for all the exercises included. Progression and regression options are available to ensure it meets you where you’re at physically and allows for progression throughout the program.

Weekly Form Videos

Monthly Group Check-In

Monthly group sessions will be scheduled for open an group discussion around training and your progress.
